Our Enforcement Guards
Our team of Enforcement Guards come from diverse backgrounds in military, policing, private security, and financial services. We hand-select our team members based on their experience, technical expertise, and personal qualities to bring together the best possible team.
Our Enforcement Guards regularly undertake skills training in a range of areas including customer service, communication, Irish law, crisis management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and dealing with vulnerable individuals. They are also comprehensively trained in emergency procedures such as evacuation, fire safety, handling chemical spills, working in confined spaces, and providing first aid. Our team also receives media training to ensure they are well-equipped to deal with public-facing situations.
Operating under formal licensing standards established by the Private Security Authority (PSA), our team adheres to regulations outlined in PSA 91:2023 for enforcement guard contractors, PSA 31:2023 for security guards and door supervisors, and PSA 55:2022 for locksmiths.
